The 55pak platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. 55pak does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data relating to any person under the age of 21.
If 55pak becomes aware that personal data has been submitted by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete all personal data relating to that person to the extent permitted by our regulatory obligations, and take appropriate action in accordance with our licensing conditions.
